Physicals
A physical is MANDATORY to participate in Marching Band, Drum Line, and Color Guard all year long. In an event of an emergency from an injury, our staff must have a physical on file at Marina High School.
Please refer to the 5th and 6th page of the PDF below to print out the physical. The physical will be signed by the student and his/her parent on one side, and the physical examination will be completed by the student’s doctor on the other side.
